Shipping policy

South of Sober products are made to order. Processing and production times may vary by product, and shipping times begin after your order has been produced.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

South of Sober is not responsible for packages delayed by the carrier after shipment. If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will help review the order.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and delivery destination.
